A portrait of Katie McFarlan, founder of Dakota Design Company, who hired Caffeine and Conquer for Pinterest management services

“Working with Sarah allowed me and my team to be fully hands off with Pinterest.

We could trust that it was being handled consistently and thoughtfully behind the scenes, which freed up our time to focus on other areas of the business.

She is organized, reliable, and incredibly easy to work with, and the communication and reporting was always clear and straightforward.

If you’re looking for someone who can take ownership of Pinterest and make it a seamless part of your business, we highly recommend Sarah.”

Here’s how it all comes together

The Pinterest Management Process

I start with a conversation. During our discovery call or email exchange, we’ll confirm which Pinterest management package is the right fit and make sure we’re aligned on your goals.

Once we decide to move forward, I’ll send your contract, invoice, and onboarding questionnaire so I can fully understand your business, offers, target audience, and existing content before I touch anything.

Before anything is published, I build your foundation.

Every package includes an account audit and board optimization, so your Pinterest presence is set up for visibility from day one. You’ll receive a full keyword and SEO strategy, ensuring your content is mapped to what your audience is actually searching for.

Once your strategy is in place, I take it from there.

I design your pins, schedule consistent content, and monitor performance each month. You’ll receive a clear report outlining what’s working and where we’re adjusting.

Pro clients also receive quarterly strategy reports, including content ideas and updates to keep your Pinterest aligned with your evolving business goals.

You focus on running your business and I ensure Pinterest runs consistently in the background.

Have Questions About My Pinterest Management Services?

Here are some FAQ’s

Based on the package we agree on, and the amount of content you have to work with, I pin anywhere from 3 pins per day (or 100 per month) up to 15 pins a day (about 450 per month).

You can cancel anytime with 1 month notice.

When you sign a contract with me, there’s no pressure to commit to six months or more upfront (however, I recommend planning to invest for a minimum of four months to see meaningful results from Pinterest. Growth on the platform is a marathon, not a sprint — but the care put into your account over that time results in more evergreen results than other platforms can’t provide.

That said, while I don’t require long-term commitments, most of my clients end up staying with me for multiple years because they love the results and the steady growth Pinterest brings to their business.

Both! My Pinterest management services is full one-on-one, you’ll work with me and not a team. That said, most of my clients find Pinterest to be their most hands-off marketing channel. I handle the strategy, content creation, and scheduling behind the scenes. I’ll keep you in the loop with regular updates and check in when I need your input. You can trust that Pinterest is taken care of.

You can expect to see increased reach and traffic to your website within the first month or two. For more significant growth and data I can use to inform your strategy, it can take more than 3-6 months. This might seem like a long time when you’re investing in marketing, but the effort is worth it.

Pinterest is a more sustainable source of traffic and leads than social media platforms. With a strategy tailored to your business goals and a consistent effort over several months you’re building a long-term and evergreen source of traffic that can work for you for years to come.
